Some of our tours begin with an Exotic Birding tour leader meeting you at the airport. Others begin at a hotel in the tour origination city. You will be provided with specific arrangements. If you require other arrangements, please notify us in advance of the tour.
Participants should make airline reservations well in advance of the tour to obtain the best fares and ensure seat availability. Because airline schedules can change, reconfirm your airline tickets a week before departure and make sure everything is in order. Verify that your departure time has not changed. Please inform Exotic Birding of any changes that may affect arrangements for meeting you upon arrival. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for international flights. Check with your airline for particulars.
Exotic Birding LLC is not a travel agency and cannot make your airline reservations for you. However, we'll be happy to consult with you regarding what arrangements and arrival times would be appropriate.
